SEE IF YOU QUALIFY

We gotta figure this out. Cause I just got another one. Still hard for me to do. Maybe pay extra for that service. or we do email there.
Take care of the homeowner and they will take care of you.

Our Service

Our service is to help homeowners understand how they can check for damage from ground level themselves, to get and idea. Our rule of thumb if it’s down low it’s up high.  Then we will set up with a contractor that you like, verify them and make sure they follow through up to city code or jeopardize possibly your largest assest.

We are also there for the small time contractor. We have found that they typically do a better job. This is not a customer is always right situation. Home owners often believe that the contractor did a bad job when in fact the did the correct job. A bad review for a small contractor who did a really good job for you could really hurt them. This can be beneficial for everyone involve, but it requires working together to solve the problem.

THIS HAS GOT TO GO: We are not contractors. We are not licensed adjustors. We are marketers, homeowners, neighbors that believe all homeowners should understand their policies. We are also there to hold contractors accountable the job they did.

The last 3 storms either have to updated. or we just loose it. It’s such a great idea. But I’m having trouble keeping up with this.

– If so, how did it go?
– Did you get the roof, partial roof, or full denial.
– If you got the full roof great! A partial approval may be warrented for supplimenting. Did your contractor mention you are entitled to a reinspection if you got fully denied?

Insurance claims can take a long time, but if it seems to long, give the claims number a call. Click check on exsisting claim.

Was Your Contractor There During Adjustment?

Did it get completely denied.

Was anything paid for at all?

Is your adjustor/contractor not returning your calls?

Did they mention you are entitled to a Re inspection?

Or any supplementing?

How to Verify Your Contractor is Doing Their Job

You should receive aa new estimate with every change they make

– if you aren’t receiving this

– It doesn’t mean that the contractor is NOT doing their job. this process is like a game of telephone.

CALL your agent, or claims #2 is normally check on existing claim. There should be an adjuster there to help. If the operator cannot.
